I also brought my helmet in that has been tuck away in storage for a little while, actually from the late 1970's. I suspected that Jive was the artist that my dad had do my helmet back in 1974-75, we use to have go carts and my dad couldn't remember who lettered my helmet it was either Jive or another striper that hung around Sante-Fe speedway back then. So I brought the helmet in to see if Jive might remember doing it or if he could recognize who's work it was. As soon as I pulled it out of the bag he new it was his work and signed it for me.
It says Jive, still alive 2010
It is something that I will pass on to my Grandson in the future. Jive's last words were at the end of class: Practice Practice Practice
