Well I bid on a job that I thought would be a cake walk but instead Melissa and I worked all weekend to meet the deadline. We had a little help from our oldest daughter Krystal.
We had 300 pieces of 3/4inch by 10 foot pipe along with 500 pieces that needed to be color matched to a building for a project and we were already behind on the deadline and with or daughter Dena being induced on Monday I didn't want to take the chance of missing my grandsons first day, so Melissa and I buckled down and got the Job done.
I made 4 jigs out of 2x4's and put casters on the bottom, each one would hold 16 pipes. We swapped out these a total of 18 times. My booth is destroyed due to over spray and Mondays project will be the clean up of the booth.
I finished spraying the last of the pipe Sunday about 1pm.
Abie supervised
